Sarah Johnson; clinic director is a national presenter for The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI), delivering the APPI teaching method to Chartered Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals across the UK.

Sarah is the only chartered physiotherapist registered as a Body Control Pilates instructor in Liverpool, and has obtained numerous postgraduate qualifications in matwork and equipment based Pilates. Our clinical staff and Pilates Consultants at The Physiotherapy Centre also trained with highly reputable Pilates bodies, ensuring the highest possible standard of care.

Since first opening, The Physiotherapy Centre has specialised in individual, small and large group Pilates based rehabilitation and, due to an increased demand, has expanded significantly in recent years. Our Mossley Hill clinic includes a dedicated, fully equipped pilates studio for individual or small group matwork and equipment based sessions.
